1. Overview

Rehearsal is a vocabulary practice app that helps you actively use words (explain meanings and create sentences). The app is designed to work without accounts and without identifying you.

This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, why, and your choices.

2. What data we process

2.1 User content and session data

What: words, folder names, notes, and the text you type as practice responses. Additionally, the app stores practice session metadata (scores, timestamps) locally. Where stored: on your device (app sandbox storage). Why: to provide the core functionality (your word library, practice, and progress tracking).

2.2 AI evaluation request data (limited text)

When you practice, the app may send only:

to a cloud-based language processing service, solely to return a score and feedback.

We do not send your identity, account data (there is no account), device identifiers (no IDFA/IDFV), contacts, photos, location, etc.

2.3 Diagnostics (crash reports)

If the app crashes, anonymous crash diagnostics may be sent to Firebase Crashlytics (Google): app version, device model, OS version, stack trace. Crash reports do not include your vocabulary content.

2.4 App settings

Basic preferences (e.g., session settings) are stored locally on your device.

2.5 Payments

If you make a purchase, payment is processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
